1. General conditions
This website is operated by Marnora Athleisure B.V., trading as Marnora Sports, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 97218650 | VAT NL867955880B01). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Marnora Athleisure B.V.

By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual property
All content included on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the signature silver emblem design — is the property of Marnora B.V. and is used by Marnora Athleisure B.V. for the operation of the Marnora Sports brand. Marnora is a protected trademark with intellectual property rights filed in the Benelux region, owned by Marnora B.V. Your use of this website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use our brand assets. Any unauthorized resale or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Product accuracy and sales
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour or texture will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
4. Order cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of order placement. Email hello@marnorasports.com within this window. This cancellation window applies exclusively to cancellation before your order has been dispatched. If your cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
This cancellation window is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal. As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days after delivery of the product, without giving any reason. For your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.
5. Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate.

iDEAL and Wero (via Mollie)
Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Your order will only be confirmed and dispatched after successful receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
We currently ship to the Netherlands and the European Union. Shipping labels are generated via MyParcel B.V., with delivery handled by PostNL and DHL.
Estimated delivery times are:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days

European Union: 1–8 business days depending on destination
Standard shipping costs are:

Netherlands: €5.95, free for orders of €55.00 and above

European Union: from €11.00 depending on destination — exact costs shown at checkout
These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed deadlines. If delivery has not taken place within 30 days of purchase (or such other delivery period as agreed), you are entitled to cancel the order free of charge.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you at the moment you (or a third party designated by you) physically take possession of the goods, in accordance with Article 7:11 of the Dutch Civil Code.
7. Statutory guarantee / Conformity
Under Dutch law, you are entitled to receive a product that conforms to the contract of sale. A product conforms to the contract if it:

matches the description, type, quantity, and quality specified in the contract;

is fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type would normally be used; and

possesses the qualities and performance capabilities that you may reasonably expect.
If a product does not conform to the contract (i.e. is defective or does not match its description), you have the right to request, free of charge:

repair of the product;

replacement of the product; or
-
if repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate, a proportional reduction of the price or full dissolution of the contract and a refund.
This statutory guarantee exists independently of, and in addition to, your right of withdrawal described in our Refund Policy. To invoke this right, please contact us at hello@marnorasports.com with a description of the defect and your order number.
8. Complaint procedure
If you are dissatisfied with our products or services, you may submit a complaint by contacting us at hello@marnorasports.com. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will inform you of the expected timeframe.
If we are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or to the competent Dutch court.
9. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers who wish to resolve a complaint regarding an online purchase without going to court. The ODR platform is available at:

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marnora Athleisure B.V., our directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Dutch or EU law.
11. Your statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law and EU consumer protection legislation, including the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Your statutory rights are not limited by these Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence within the EU.
