FAQ

Do the gloves have grip on the palms?

No — and that's intentional. The palms are kept clear so you stay directly connected to the Reformer bar or mat. It gives a more grounded feel during your practice.

Will my wrists get weaker from wearing them?

The wrapping provides light compression around the wrist joint, which can help reduce the feeling of strain during weight-bearing positions, but your muscles still do the work.

They're not a fix for underlying wrist issues. If you have chronic wrist pain or an existing injury, we'd recommend checking with a physio before use. For most people who experience general wrist fatigue during class, the support makes a noticeable difference.

Are the gloves sold per pair or individually?

Per pair: both gloves are included.

How do I find my size?

Both the Marnora Gloves and the Foundation Socks are one size. The gloves use a high-stretch technical fabric tested for wrist circumferences between 14cm and 20cm. The wrap lets you adjust the tension to exactly how secure you want it to feel.

How do I prevent my Marnora Gloves from pilling?

Always secure the velcro straps to each other when the gloves are off. Pilling happens when open velcro rubs against the fabric. Once secured, store them in the canvas bag.

Can I use these for Yoga?

Yes. They work well for Vinyasa flows too. Since there's no added palm grip, they're best paired with a high-quality non-slip mat.

Can I use the gloves for weightlifting?

The fabric is optimised for studio surfaces. Frequent use with metal weights or textured barbells may cause the material to pull or pill over time - not what they're built for.
