Washing & Care Guide
Marnora gear is built for daily practice. A little care goes a long way.
The Marnora Gloves
- Machine wash at max. 30°C on a delicate and short cycle.
- Always use a washing bag as it protects the velcro and emblem.
- Air dry only. Heat destroys the supportive structure of the fabric.
- Always close the velcro straps (hook-to-loop) before putting the gloves away. Open velcro catches on the fabric and causes pilling. Once secured, store them in the canvas bag.
The Foundation Socks
- Turn inside out before washing as protects the grip pattern.
- Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle with similar colours.
- Air dry recommended. Lowest heat setting if you use a dryer.
- No fabric softener or bleach as both reduce grip effectiveness on the mat.
The Studio Bottle
- Hand-wash the exterior with warm soapy water and a soft bottle brush to protect the matte finish.
- Hand-wash the lid only. Make sure the seal is fully dry before reassembling.
- Not dishwasher or microwave safe.
- No abrasive sponges.

The Everything Bag
- Spot clean with a damp cloth for everyday marks.
- Full wash if needed: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Reshape while damp and air dry flat. Canvas shrinks in heat.
Quick rule for everything:
Cold water. Air dry. When in doubt, let it hang.
